INV Group Holdings Limited has achieved UKAS-accredited ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification from ISOQAR, marking a major milestone in the group’s commitment to responsible, well-governed and continually improving artificial intelligence.
The certification covers the Artificial Intelligence Management System of INV Group acting as an AI provider of AI-enabled products and services, including Arto and associated AI assistants offered as a SaaS platform to clients within the public sector and related organisations, delivered by Invotra and Invuse.
The scope also includes client-facing AI implementations, including public sector deployments.
The certification was achieved in six weeks and reflects a significant cross-group effort to formalise, evidence and independently audit INV Group’s approach to AI governance.
ISO/IEC 42001 is an international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. It provides a structured framework for organisations to manage the development, deployment and continual improvement of AI systems responsibly, with appropriate governance, risk management, accountability and oversight.
For INV Group, the certification strengthens its position as a trusted technology and AI partner for UK public sector organisations exploring how to adopt AI safely and practically.
