Fintan Galvin
Chief Executive Officer
Fintan is the founder/owner of INV Group. He has a passion for delivery and keeping things focused and connected.
With over 25 years in enterprise technology he has a vast array of knowledge in getting large scales systems developed and deployed out to the people that count.
Paul Zimmerman
Chief Communication Officer
Paul is a co-founder of INV Group, and has been at the forefront of the UK ecommerce and Internet economy since he joined Amazon in 1999. Having served Amazon, Play.com, Firebox and a host of other ecommerce companies, he has a strong understanding of what it takes to build consumer-centric products, services and companies.
Jonnie Russell
Chief Technology Officer
Jonnie is the co-founder of INV Group. Over the past 20 years he has worked for organisations such as T-Mobile, Bank of Ireland and TUI, where he was responsible for the development of a range of complex systems.
Other systems he has developed include MMS Gateway’s, Cobol to Java Bridge and B2B Fruit Trading.
Alison Galvin MBE
Chief People Officer
Alison is a co-founder of INV Group, having supported the business in finance, HR and facilities since its inception. She has been Chief People Officer of the Group since 2017. Outside of INV Group, Alison has been a member of the UK Government’s Apprenticeship Ambassador Network since 2017 and has served the Surrey and Hampshire local enterprise partnership (LEP), Enterprise M3, as part of their Skills Advisory Panel since 2018.
